you flashed firmware with different language and characer set. flash the one you had before (not version, but variant)

please can someone help me out. my nokia n97 wont refurbish. it keeps showing product code not found.this is the message i get

during flashing with phoenix this is the error message i get

"neither DP1.0 nor DP2.0 was found for the product, or the product cannot be identified"

but can reset the software (i.e. flashing it) using the multi flash. i think my case is like that of Ambrose. i use 64 bits OS. please Socio, Roger, somebody in the house, what do i do?

i followed all the procedures carefully. pls help. besides, how can i insert the patcher.ldd in the uda file using nokia cooker. thnks

if yiu have hacked your phone yet, can you describe what was the issue, and the solution that hleped? maybe will help to some more people here

you do not have to flash same variant...

you can read variant number via phoenix or JAF even, so that is not the problem. but... just download any variant that contains your language.

how to know which variant is of my language?? both are written in english and wn i choose either of the variants...in the last column some files change

Hi,

When I install Phoenix (2011.14.004.45945) I get an alert from my Antivirus SW about a Trojan?

And the install fails because the AV SW has removed the file crack.exe.

Of course, I can disable my Antivirus SW but is this malware/virus free?

I am a little bit worried.

Don't worry. it's warning you because this phoenix is cracked. disable AV and install.

rusnak i got all softwares but one question...when i stareted to download from navifirm it was showing uda file size 173 MB and when download completed it was 169 MB what to do???should i flash my mobile with that 169 MB file??

this is not the problem. anyway, you need to use hacked UDA file e.g. from fwromky.4shared.com for exact model and version of FW

2 variants are there from the site su suggested my software version is 014.002..so i have downloaded

RM-626_014.002_U08.01_79.92_prd.uda.rar ...is it ok?? custom version: 014.002.C03.01 and language is 014.002.41.01....is it ok....???????????

i have flashed my phone but its not hacked...everything gone right....i installed rompatcher also now what to doo..??i m confused...while i open fompatcher...it says./SYS/PATCHER.LDD NOT FOUND

for E7, there is filebrowser (RND tools) and and installserver. you can install rompatcher (not lite).

whenever i try to open navifirm+ and download the package,always getting this error

an error occurred when attempting to connect the update server

[web exception] unexpected error occured on a receive

I googled it and says it as the problem with nokia server,wait for 1 day..

But everyday its the same error here..Any solution???

I followed your guide to hack my e52 v22 correctly but there were some problems and i couldnt hack it..

1. the package download folder is different from what you said in the tutorial here it is 'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Nokia\Packages',i serched it in google and found out that its changed in latest phoenix version..

2.whenever i tried to open the product details(that 3 dot thing) nothing was seen in the window,again i googled it and found out that the package should be in the 'C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products folder' ,i copied the package from 'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Nokia\Packages' folder to here and now it showed..

3.I replaced the uda with the hacked one and when i tried to options of refurbish screen as explained in the tutorial,it showed the crc checksome error of file 'rm469_022.009_U000.000_prd.uda.fpsx'...So i replaced it with original file thinking that i will replace it again with hacked one just before flashing..

4.when i clicked refurbish button nothing happens only flickering in log area..nothing flashing..No solution till now

I googled about it in some other tutorials,procedure explained in a different manner..

When should i connect the phone during this entire procedure??In what state should i connect this(pc suite or switched off)??

In one tutorial i have seen that phone is connected in pc suite mode and 'no connection' option of phoenix is changed to usb1 and then clicked scan product...Can i try this??Why did we choose the 'no connection' option..

I am really confused please help me..
