Easy Hack Without Certificate

it is easy hack for s60v3 nokia (mybe work on s60v5) ,it was test on n96..you need Rompatcher plus v3.1 s60v3_s60v5_s^1_s^3_signed

The trick :

1.open that file with xplore

2.open lite version folder

3.install RomPatcherPlus_liteversion.sisx

4.back again and creat folder at E drive,Hack/.sys/bin

5.open rompatcher.zip again and at lite version folder, extract all *.ldd file to folder you creat..(to hack/.sys/bin)

6.last you move .sys folder (contain bin/*.ldd file) to C drive and see what happen.

7.go to menu and open rompathcer,you handphone was hacked

*important, create .sys folder, not sys..

*check if u have patches at C, E ,or F drive

*not work at s60 ^3 (i have test on my n8 )

you look at c drive, if you see .sys folder, you phone not support this trick..

.sys can copied to sys folder if you move it to C..this work for s60v3 perfectly..i'm not sure for s60v5 but you can try,thanks

Lite version has no LDD files.

LDD files need to be included in ZIP file, in which are folders:

.sys/bin

(remember, that DOT is inportent!!)

in BIN folder of this archive put the LDD files of rompatcher. then extract this ZIP into C:\ by some symbian app (e.g. X-Plore).

then start rompatcher in menu again and apply the patches.

not many phones working with this method!!! only old one.

you can try. for some devices it works, C5-01 (you mean that C5 remake, right?) it was not tested yet.

Seems like all S60v3 models, but not every S60v3 FP2 models.

also, this can be used for device that was never formatted. if so, update via pc suite is needed to make this work.

how to hack nokia c5-01 using devcert?
