Overclock your s60v3 phone I saw this at a forum and thought it interesting enough to post. I haven’t tried this myself but who knows? it may work for you. Firstly, this is only for unlocked phones. If you would like to unlock your phone, look at this post. Secondly, overclocking your phone runs the processor at higher than ‘official’ speeds and hence you will void your warranty. Also if you run it at too high a speed, you may bust your phone. Don’t say I didn’t tell you! For the rest of us who are comfortable enough to carry on; 1. Enter the ‘private’ folder in C:\ on your phone. 2. Click Capoff then use X-plore only,because it is the only file manager which can open the file below. (or use Modo) 3. Goto C:\private\10202be9\20001079.txt, and click 8 to edit it. 4. Find the line shown in the picture below and change the number “332″ to a higher one and save the file. To give you a better feel for the numbers, 500 is a lot and I hope nobody overclocks over this mark. 5.
