Benedetto Dehò Posted July 24, 2015 Report Share Posted July 24, 2015 A tutti quelli che come me hanno acquistato sul sito di poste shop il lumia 920 al prezzo di 89 euro mai arrivato. Ho fatto ricorso al giudice di pace ( si pagano solo le marche da bollo). Il giudice mi ha dato ragione ed ha emesso un decreto di consegna che ho notificato alle poste. Entro 40 giorni dalla notifica, in assenza di opposizione, lo poste sono obbligate all'ordine del giudice. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
