Valerio Dedej Posted May 18, 2015 Report Share Posted May 18, 2015 Salve, ho un problema, il rilascio di lumia denim è finito da tanto, e io non ho ancora ricevuto l'aggiornamento denim, sono ancora a Lumia cyan, in teoria per il 1020 Wind l'aggiornamento è arrivato. Risincronizza manualmente il tuo account Microsoft (impostazioni--> email e account--> tap lungo sull'account Microsoft --> sincronizza) e, ovviamente, accertati che la sincronizzazione vada a buon fine. Dopo vai in Impostazioni --> Aggiornamenti e fai una scansione. Se ancora non ti rileva nulla dovresti andare per reset. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

TureDos Posted May 18, 2015 Report Share Posted May 18, 2015 Il lumia recovery tool su molti dispositivi porta a cyan anche se hanno già denim. Come posso fare? Da impostazioni-->informazioni su leggi e riporta qui le version OS e firmware, poi oltre a questo hai installato la developer preview?
