Nokia Care Suite Non Rileva Driver Touch E Sensore Di Prossimita

Salve a tutti sono nuovo del forum spero che possiate aiutarmi

ieri il mio 920 è caduto e si è ammaccato uno spigolo, il telefono per una decina di minuti ha funzionato benissimo poi il touch si è bloccato e adesso non risponde più, ho fatto un soft reset ma il problema è rimasto, l'hard reset non ho voluto farlo perchè ho paura che con il touch non funzionante rimarrei cmq bloccato, ho provato a fare dei test con nokia care suite e mi rileva questi problemi

Test name:

Proximity self test

Test description:

The test verifies I2C connection and interrupt lines to proximity sensor.

Result:

Data description:

Pass case: Detailed results contains detection state from proximity driver.

Fail case: Error code provided by operating system/driver.

Method description:

The test read detection status from the driver. Detection is waited for 500ms. If no data received during waiting time, the test fails.

Touch interface self test

Test description:

The test verifies data and control lines between MCM and touch controller.

Result:

MINOR

Failed loading the driver

Data description:

Detailed result contains HwFails bitmask. Zero means all was ok, and fail codes are:

- SELF_TEST_HW_FAIL_CONTROL 0x0001 (No communication with a device at all)

- SELF_TEST_HW_FAIL_BIST 0x0004 (Component internal self test)

- SELF_TEST_HW_FAIL_INTERRUPT 0x0010 (Interrupt line fails)

Method description:

Touch driver identifies controller by reading of the test register via control interface.

Interrupt is generated for INT line verification by setting the threshold low enough.

Test description:

The test verifies internal functionality of touch module.

Build-in selftest for touch sensor network verification is run where RAW values of the sensor

network are read and they are verified to be within the specified limits.

The touch screen should not be pressed during the selftest.

Premetto che da quando l'ho comprato ogni tanto il touch si bloccava ma bastava premere il tasto di blocco e ritornava tutto normale. Non vorrei mandarlo in assistenza, il telefono per me è fondamentale.

Potresti smontarlo e vedere se per caso si è staccato qualche connettore.

Miracolo l'ho appena scollegato dal nokia care e il touch ha ripreso a funzionare :)
