5 - SUGGERIMENTI IMPORTANTI

I - Gli aggiornamenti sono importanti nei primi mesi di vita del telefono soprattutto se è appena uscito, ma una volta stabilizzatosi (risolti i bugs che ogni telefono nuovo presenta e che si potrebbero evitare se mamma Nokia li testasse meglio...) non portano grandi migliorie;

II -Se il telefono non vi da problemi gli aggiornamenti non sono strettamente necessari;

III - L'aggiornamento del Firmware eseguito con qualsiasi procedura comporta comunque dei rischi nel senso che può accadere un qualsiasi imprevisto che vi 'brucia' o blocca il telefono ed allora perchè stare intere settimane senza telefono? Perchè rischiare?

Insomma non aggiornate se non è necessario, godetevi il telefono invece di stare sempre dietro all'ultimo aggiornamento.

io la trovo una cosa giustissima l'upgrade da casa.

Meno rompipalle (come noi) che vanno ai nokia point.....e più semplicità nel risolvere problemi.

Ovviamente un sistema del genere deve per forza tener conto del pirlone di turno. Quindi la soluzione migliore penso sia quella di avere un firmware sulla ROM fisso + la possibilità di installare una sorta di service pack direttamente all'utente......

Il FW del Nokia N80 è aggiornabile dal pc di casa, io l'ho portato alla versione 3.0617.0.6 ed

è inoltre possibile passare dalla versione Brand alla No-Brand

Io ho ancora il 3.0614.0.1 31-03-2006 RM-92 e non so se apsettare per fare upgrade

Tenetevi la 3.0614 se usate sw di navigazione e se non volete problemi sul BT. Poi, il downgrade non è possibile farlo :sad01_anim:

3.0617 = problemi al BT con disconnessioni continue, addio GPS e vivavoce.

Stiamo tutti aspettando la nuova release che sostituira' (e fissera', si spera) la 617 e che non si sa quando arrivera'. Magari avessi avuto la 614...

Uscita la versione 4.0623.0.41. Già aggiornato il cellulare e per il momento tutto benone. Route66 sembra funzionare senza disconnessioni BT. Ecco il change log:

Uscita la versione 4.0623.0.41. Già aggiornato il cellulare e per il momento tutto benone. Route66 sembra funzionare senza disconnessioni BT. Ecco il change log:
