Tweetian
L’amico Taer ci segnala che Tweetian ha ricevuto un aggiornamento che porta il potente e davvero ben client Twitter per Symbian e MeeGo alla versione 1.6.
Le novità apportate a questa app con interfaccia fluida e supporto allo Swipe sono diverse come potete vedere nel lungo changelog che segue:
- New feature: Mute
- Showing both full name and user name in tweets/DMs
- Huge improvement to app backend, the whole app should be more stable now
- Streaming is much more stable
- Auto scrolling for new tweets when you are at the top of the list and streaming is active
- Pinch-to-zoom image
- Added small or large font size setting
- Improvement to Settings UI
- Automatically clear thumbnails when there are more than 1000 thumbnails
- “Suggested User” moved to the trending andamp; search page
- New feature: Nearby tweets
- The app will automatically goes online/offline depends on your phone’s internet connection
- Improve app offline capability
- Disabled refresh in DM when streaming is active
- Removed the swipe design in user page as it is not efficient
- Harmattan: removed the setting to disable FastScroll
- Removed the image/geotagged icon for tweets to improve performance
- Fixed:
- timeline/mentions will jump when loading new tweets
- duplicated tweet
- “Website” is disable for private user in user info
- not displaying Instagram image with a dash in the link
- all tweets marked as unread when new tweets are loaded
- attempt-fix profile image is display wrongly for user
- Some other minor changes that I forgotten
- Si tratta di un major update che corregge alcuni bachi e aggiunge diverse novità , e tra queste la più importante è la modalità Streaming (in versione beta) che consente di ottenere aggiornamenti in tempo reale.
Il download di Tweetian è gratuito, e la compatibilità è garantita per tutti i device Symbian^3, Anna e Nokia Belle e per MeeGo. Per aggiornare accedete dal vostro smartphone alla sezione download del Nokia Store oppure cliccate il link in basso per scaricare l’installer e procedere con una nuova installazione.

Velocissimo 😀 comunque è da segnalare che bisogna disinstallare la vecchia versione e poi reinstallare la nuova, senno’ non effettua l’ update 😛

a me su n8 belle refresch non si collega più
prova a rimuoverlo, a riavviare il cellulare e a reinstallare
Non capisco a cosa serve la nuova feature mute.

Serve perchè cosi metti in mute per esempio #android e tu non visualizzi piu’ i post con quell’ hashtag/nome 🙂

Il miglior client per twitter di sempre. Oltre all’interfaccia bella e semplice, l’user experience è intuitiva e completa da provare per chiunque ha un’account twitter

Il pinch to zoom è perfetto, se ne sentiva la mancanza, però hanno eliminato l’icona che indica la presenza di una foto! Ho visto che nei commenti se ne lamentavano in tanti, quindi spero che la ripristinino presto!

Top client per Twitter. Peccato però che segnala sempre SOLO le menzioni e non le interazioni come chi ti segue e chi ti retwitta o mette in preferiti
