PlayPac is a freeware game for Series60 1st and 2nd Edition mobile phones. The game is not Symbian Signed but there shouldn't be any serious technical reasons why it couldn't be.
PlayPac was originally written for Amiga computers in 1996. You can still download that version from Aminet archive. The Series60 version was written in C++ and tested on Nokia 7650 device. It is very similar to the original but there are some differencies in game play, graphics and sounds.
